Checks where defects start, not only where they show
A garment that fails final inspection has already consumed fabric, machine time and labour. So our checkpoints sit early and often: fabric is verified before it is cut, panels are matched before they are sewn, and workmanship is monitored inline while the run is still correctable.
Each checkpoint has a defined scope and a recorded result, so an issue can be traced back to the stage and the lot it came from.
